On Friday 24 March and with perfect weather conditions we once again painted the town yellow and took to the streets with a smile. As always our many volunteers and supporters turned out on the day and with the extraordinary generosity of the people of Castleblayney we raised a monumental €12,450.

This year alone more than 40,000 people will be diagnosed with cancer.

The money raised on Friday 24 March goes directly to The Irish Cancer Society, where it will be used to provide care, to create awareness, provide information, to fund research and influence decisions about cancer.
